The articles from the local news reporting agencies where saying it had to do with finding child porn on the site which is probably utter bullshit. I would put money on it being more like some congress woman's husband's favorite site because the cheap bastard would never pay for porn, and she found out.

There is at least one (that I am aware of anyway) local (Pinay scandal) site being operated in clear violation of CP laws, and that site remains unblocked.

Filipino politicians continue to exemplify the meaning of clueless on a daily basis here.
