I'm trying make quite a few galleries at one time and using Gallery Maker Pro demo to do that task.
However, all of my image files are .jpe instead of .jpg or .jpeg and this program can't find any of .jpe files.
Is there any way to change the extentions?
And another thing, how can I change a lots of file names at one time?
Thanks in advance.

That is easy. I have 2 solutions for you.

1. get into dos mode, change the directory to the .jpe's directory. Type rename *.jpe *.jpg :)

2. This maybe easier. Open you ACDSee32 (v2.3+), Then crop every target .jpe files, then right click, Choose rename, here you can enter new name & extensions. :D

Took me awhile to find this puppy again but its worth it.
Windows explorer right click functionality. Just study the command characters and sequence and youve got some power there. add #s to your filenames etc.

Quote"MultiRen enhances Windows Explorer with a sophisticated multiple rename capability. To access MultiRen, select two or more files from within Explorer, right click for the context menu, and select "Multiple Rename". In addition to the standard wildcard characters, MultiRen supports special commands that add sequential numbers to filenames, force upper or lower case, and more."
