Questions: Paysite retention?

What's the average % of trial to full membership? what would you consider good and what's the industry average? For example 30%, 50%, 70% of members stay after a trial membership

And what do think is the averages of member's life span on a good site once the subscriber buys a trial membership? for example members stay for 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months on average.
